Our first meeting is all about getting to know you and your space.

Over the course of 1.5 to 2 hrs, we’ll take a relaxed tour of your home so I can understand your style, needs, and

what matters most to you.

This time allows us to discuss your vision, challenges, and ideas, ensuring that every design choice feels personal and intentional.

I’ll also take measurements and photos to guide the process, helping us create a space that is not only beautiful but also functional.

My goal is to make this an enjoyable and inspiring experience—one that sets the foundation for a home you truly love.

Once we’ve established your design direction, I get to work sourcing everything needed to bring your space together—from paint colours and fabrics to furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Every selection is carefully chosen to reflect your style, enhance functionality, and create a cohesive, inviting space.

Once the design is complete, we’ll schedule a full presentation where I’ll walk you through the vision, ensuring every detail feels just right before moving forward.

Design Presentation

This is where your vision comes to life!

In your design presentation, I’ll walk you through a carefully curated selection of colours, fabric swatches, furniture, lighting, and accessories—all chosen to create a cohesive, beautiful space.

If something isn’t quite right, no worries! You have up to three complimentary changes—for example, if a carpet doesn’t feel like the perfect fit, I’ll source an alternative.

Once all adjustments are made, it’s time to bring the design to life!

You can choose to take the project from here, collaborate on the execution, or have Lucy Elzinga Design manage everything from start to finish—whichever option works best for you!
